Shipping policy
Free tracked delivery on all orders mainland UK, excluding Highlands and Islands.
We charge for shipping to the Northern and Republic of Ireland. This is a flat rate of £5.
We ship to the UK only. All orders are shipped with either Royal Mail Tracked or DPD Local depending on weight.
Orders received before 1 pm on normal working days Mon-Fri, (excluding public holidays) are normally processed the same day and shipped by the next working day courier. Orders received Fridays will be delivered on Monday. According to our courier service, around 98% of deliveries arrive the next day. However, we can never guarantee next day delivery as we are always in the hands of the courier.
